Hello and welcome!

MASS is a nonprofit social Shag dance club based in Aberdeen, NC. We hinvite you to come dance with us the first Saturday of each month from 7-10pm at Down Memory Lane (161 Dawkins St. Aberdeen, NC)  We ave a wonderful dance floor that we would love to share with you. We feature a different Shag DJ each month and occasionally we feature a popular Beach Music band.

Cost to attend:  $10 Members / $15 Guests  (Memberships are available for $5 for the year.)

MASS is a nonprofit organization based in Aberdeen, North Carolina. The primary function of the club is to promote activities which are associated with shag music and dance. MASS is a social dance club and participates in events/fundraisers for local Moore County charities. The club is a member of the Association of Carolina Shag Clubs (ACSC) and the National FastDance Association. There are approximately 100 members, and guests are invited to join.

MASS holds an Annual Fundraiser for charities in Moore County, and also provides donations to other organizations that provide funds to assist those under age 21 to learn and participate in shag dancing.

The 2024 Board meets at 7 pm on the Thursday following the monthly Social in a location designated by the club president.
